Three Days of Connection, Celebration & Sisterhood: The Ladies Leadership Luncheon Staycation at The ALICE

There are some weekends that come and go, and then there are weekends that stay with you long after they end. The Ladies Leadership Luncheon 3-Day Staycation Experience at The ALICE was one of those unforgettable weekends—a celebration of friendship, connection, laughter, and the incredible power of women coming together.

Over three amazing days, women gathered for an experience designed to step away from the everyday, make meaningful connections, and simply enjoy being together. From exciting adventures on the water to relaxing poolside moments, every part of the weekend created another opportunity to connect, laugh, and make memories.

An Adventure on the Water

The weekend began with a Crab Island adventure, bringing everyone together for sunshine, fun, and plenty of laughter. It was the perfect way to kick off a weekend centered around friendship and creating new experiences together.

Whether reconnecting with longtime friends or meeting someone new, the relaxed atmosphere made it easy for conversations to flow and friendships to grow.

Dinner, Laughter & Karaoke

The fun continued with a private hibachi dinner, where great food and even better company filled the evening. After dinner, the group kept the energy going with karaoke, creating plenty of unforgettable—and hilarious—moments.

It was a reminder that leadership and connection aren't always about business conversations or professional networking. Sometimes, they are about putting down the work, singing a little too loudly, laughing together, and enjoying the people around you.

Poolside Fun & A Night Under the Stars

The following day brought more opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting at The ALICE – Cottages by the Bay. Poolside fun gave everyone time to unwind, catch up, and enjoy a slower pace.

As the sun went down, the group gathered around a bonfire under the stars, creating one of the most memorable moments of the weekend. Conversations became deeper, laughter continued late into the evening, and new friendships were strengthened.

More Than a Staycation

While the weekend included incredible activities, delicious food, adventures, and beautiful surroundings, the heart of the experience was always the women.

The Ladies Leadership Luncheon community is built around encouraging, supporting, and inspiring one another. This three-day experience brought that mission to life in a very special way.

It gave women the opportunity to step away from their busy schedules and enjoy meaningful time together—without the pressure of an agenda. It was about celebrating one another, creating space for connection, and remembering how powerful a supportive community can be.
