A Day to Remember: Ladies Leadership Luncheon Celebrates Women in White at The Alice

There was something undeniably beautiful about seeing a room filled with women dressed in white.

On August 19, the Ladies Leadership Luncheon gathered an inspiring group of women at The Alice in Destin for a celebration centered on confidence, connection, leadership, and personal style. With the theme “Wear Your Best White Dress or Wedding Dress,” the afternoon felt equal parts elegant celebration and joyful reunion—with women coming together to celebrate one another.

From the moment guests arrived, The Alice set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon. Gorgeous florals and thoughtfully styled details transformed the space, creating a setting that felt sophisticated yet welcoming. Every element came together to make the luncheon feel special, but it was the women in the room who truly made the day memorable.

More Than a Luncheon

The Ladies Leadership Luncheon has always been about more than sitting down for a meal.

It is about creating a space where women can meet someone new, reconnect with someone they already know, exchange ideas, support one another’s businesses, and leave with a little more inspiration than they arrived with.

This luncheon captured that spirit beautifully.

Women arrived in their favorite white dresses, elegant wedding gowns, and statement looks, embracing the theme in their own unique ways. There was plenty of laughter, conversation, networking, and of course, plenty of photographs to capture the memories.

Leadership, Confidence & Inspiration

A meaningful part of the afternoon was hearing from keynote speaker Heather Williams-Cavaretta of H. Williams, LLC, whose leadership experience and perspective added depth to the celebration.

Her presence reminded everyone that leadership doesn't always look the same. Sometimes it means building a business. Sometimes it means leading a team, raising a family, serving the community, taking a new risk, or simply having the confidence to step into the next chapter.

That is what makes this community so special: every woman brings her own story.
