Founded by Carmen Foster-Ionascu, a seasoned business leader and publisher of Destin City Lifestyle Magazine, the LLL was born from a deep desire to create a space where women could connect, collaborate, and celebrate each other's successes. The inaugural luncheon, held on May 29, 2025, aboard the luxurious 125-foot SOLARIS yacht in Destin, set the tone for what has become a monthly gathering of empowered women from various industries.
